When a little girl is separated from her parents in a state park, Enid and her friends join the search to find her. The forest is full of dangers, both natural and supernatural, and Enid finds herself in trouble of the biggest kind.
This book takes place after the events of Bad Beginnings (Shady Spirits Book 1), but it doubles as a nice introduction to the characters for readers wanting to dip their toes into this world. If you haven’t read Bad Beginnings, don’t worry, there are no major spoilers in this book. I hope you enjoy it!
